Panel 1

A museum hall filled with flying saucers and an admiring audience. Across the museum floor, alien front-of-house staff answer visitor questions from various humans.

Caption: When humanity joined their neighbours amid the stars, the Galactic Spacecraft Museum saw a surge in visitors from a certain demographic...

Young girl: Look! That’s the ship that took daddy!

Staff member 1: Oh yeah, that’s a Scailis Dart. They will most definitely have probed you.

Staff member 2: No, sorry, I’m afraid this is just a weather balloon.

Panel 2

A closer shot of one of the staff members, Museum Director Gleeblebloz, as they talk to a visitor. From behind a nearby museum display, the conversation is watched by a small alien.

Museum Director Gleeblebloz: I assure you, I know every interplanetary craft that’s ever flown, and I’ve never seen anything like this. My guess? It’s a domestic vehicle and you were abducted by your own government.

Panel 3

The staff member walks off, satisfied that their work here is done. The visitor, a human named Betty, looks dejected. They are approached by the small alien named Zeeta.

Betty: Can’t even get the aliens to take my alien abduction seriously.

Zeeta: Um, excuse me, hi. I saw you talking to Museum Director Gleeblebloz...

Panel 4

Zeeta and Betty compare notes. They have both been abducted, and their descriptions of the flying saucer that abducted them match pretty closely.

Zeeta: I was abducted, but he doesn’t take me seriously either. Look, I drew the ship that took me.

Betty : It’s just like mine!
